If you have only ever eaten Western cheesecakes, then there might be something missing in your life! While "traditional" New York cheesecakes are delicious in their own right, airy souffle-like Japanese Cheesecakes just add a little bit more fun to your daily dessert.
Japanese Cheesecake is a pastel yellow cloud dough slime that is inspired by the fluffy Japanese cheesecake. This slime has been baked to perfection, as seen by the warm brown hue hugging the top of the cake. Traditionally lighter and less sweet than New York Cheesecakes, this slime in particular serves as a distant relative to our lovely Blackberry Cheesecake.
Once everything is mixed together you are left with a super soft and fluffy pastel yellow cloud dough slime that is scented like a freshly baked Japanese cheesecake with notes of fluffy cake, powdered sugar, and a hint of tanginess. This slime is almost as addictive and tempting to eat as the cheesecake itself--BUT please don't eat this!
